Quality monitoring and Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO)

Empower the patient’s voice, gain better insight into the patient’s condition, and monitor the quality of departmental production

Improved Treatments with PRO

PRO data comprises information about the patient’s health status, including physical and mental health, symptoms, health-related quality of life, and functional level. Procordo’s systems collect patient data in a structured format through questionnaires that patients themselves complete.

  • With access to individual patient data, healthcare providers can easily assess treatment outcomes and track the patient’s condition based on the patient’s own assessment. The system automatically identifies the need for follow-up appointments or further treatment, thereby avoiding unnecessary consultations.
  • By accessing data on all treated patients within the department, both at the level of individual providers and at the departmental level, the department and healthcare providers can monitor the quality of the overall production.

The practical aspects

The patient

Patients are contacted via email and requested to complete electronic questionnaires. This process is easily accessible and user-friendly, accessible through tablets, PCs, or smartphones. Missing responses trigger an alarm, allowing for an automated approach within the system.

The health care provider

The system is easy to access and can be fully integrated into existing IT systems and patient records. Procordo delivers the system fully implemented. The extracted data is straightforward and easy to work with, suitable for use by all staff members.

The department

Direct reporting to nationwide clinical quality databases. Automatic reporting of the status of the number and quality of treatments. Assessing the quality of each clinician’s work in relation to the overall production and monitoring the development of the overall production’s quality over time.
